  • Do I need to be home during pickup?

    Nope! As long as we have clear access to the junk, you don’t need to be there. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll handle the rest.

  • Do you offer same-day or next-day service?

    Yes — depending on availability, we can often offer same-day or next-day pickups. Contact us to check our current schedule.

    Yes, certain items may come with additional fees. This includes things like mattresses, box springs, tires, and any pickups that require going up flights of stairs. Raised in Paradise, CA, I’ve always believed in showing up for others. After losing our home in the 2018 Camp Fire, my family and I settled in Chico—but Paradise is still close to our hearts.


With a background in public service, I started NorCal Trash Pandas Junk Removal to help people during stressful transitions. What began as a simple way to support my wife Sierra’s real estate clients has grown into a mission: to provide reliable, professional junk removal for our community.
