Hi, I’m Andrew Haskins—owner of NorCal Trash Pandas Junk Removal, based right here in Butte County.I grew up in Paradise, California, back when it had that true small-town feel—where everyone knew everyone, or at least knew someone who did. Like many others, I lost my home during the Camp Fire in 2018 and since have settled in Chico, but Paradise still holds a big place in my heart. We continue to work and serve clients in that community today, and I’m proud of where I came from.

I’ve spent my career in public service and bring those same values—discipline, integrity, and a strong work ethic—into this business. Junk removal might not seem like a calling to some, but for me, it’s about showing up for people, being reliable, and helping make their lives a little easier when they’re overwhelmed. Whether it’s a full cleanout, a hot tub demo, or just one heavy item to haul away, we’ll be there—on time, professional, and ready to work.

My wife Sierra is a local realtor and, over the years, we began to see a real need for help with junk removal on a more regular basis than we expected. Sellers with full garages, buyers inheriting cluttered homes, or families in transition—people needed help, so we stepped in. We started offering free dump trailer use as part of our real estate services to all of our buyers and seller to help ease their stress of figuring out what to do with all of their unwanted stuff, and it made a huge impact. That’s when we realized there was a bigger need to serve the community.

That’s how NorCal Trash Pandas Junk Removal came to life—built on hard work, dependability, and the belief that “no job is too trashy.”Sierra and I live in Chico with our middle school-aged son, Liam. We also have three adult sons—Tim, Steven, and Nate. Two are proud Veterans, and one is currently serving in the U.S. Navy. With such strong ties to public service and the military, patriotism runs deep in our family, and we’re proud to reflect those values in everything we do.
