From Dumpster Pad to Hillside: A Two-Day Commercial Cleanup for Dollar General in Magalia, CA
October 8, 2026

From a cluttered dumpster pad to an overgrown hillside, this two-day commercial cleanup tackled it all. Our team cleared out unwanted debris, hauled away accumulated junk, and cleaned up the property to give Dollar General a safer, cleaner, and more professional-looking space.

Project: Commercial Property Cleanup
Location: Magalia, CA
Service: Commercial Junk Removal & Property Cleanup
Duration: Two Days
Customer: Dollar General

Keeping a commercial property clean takes more than simply emptying a dumpster. When trash starts overflowing, debris accumulates, or unwanted items are left around the property, it can quickly become an eyesore and create additional problems for a business.

That's why the Dollar General team in Butte County called NorCal Trash Pandas for help with a commercial cleanup project.

Day 1: Clearing the Dumpster Pad

The project started with the dumpster pad behind Dollar General. Over time, the area had become cluttered with scattered junk and debris, leaving the space looking neglected and uninviting.

Our team arrived ready to get to work. We cleared the accumulated debris around the dumpster enclosure, removed the unwanted materials, and cleaned up the surrounding area to give the space a much-needed reset.

A clean dumpster area is about more than just appearances. Loose trash and accumulated debris can attract pests, create potential safety hazards, and make an otherwise well-maintained commercial property look neglected.

For businesses, keeping dumpster areas clean and under control is an important part of maintaining a safe, professional, and welcoming property.

Day 2: Going Beyond the Dumpster

After seeing the results from the first cleanup, the Dollar General team called us back for Day 2 and this time, the job took us beyond the dumpster pad.

Behind the store was a hillside that had accumulated scattered, wind-blown trash, dumped mattresses, bulky debris, and other unwanted materials. Because of the slope and the amount of debris, this area required considerably more than a quick pickup.

Our team worked through the hillside, collecting and removing the scattered waste and bulky items that had accumulated over time. Piece by piece, we cleared the slope and hauled away the debris, turning a neglected area into a much cleaner and more manageable space.

What started as a dumpster pad cleanup turned into a two-day commercial property cleanup, proving that sometimes, getting the job done means going beyond the obvious problem areas.

From dumpster pads to hillsides, we're equipped to handle the heavy lifting and cleanup that commercial properties need.

Commercial Junk Removal You Can Count On

This two-day project is a great example of how commercial junk removal needs can go beyond what's immediately visible.

Whether you're managing a retail store, office, apartment complex, property group, or construction site , NorCal Trash Pandas provides professional junk removal and cleanup services tailored to your needs.
